Raising Revenue
Shared Sacrifice AND Shared Responsibility
With New York's budget deficit growing every day, our leaders in Albany must address this problem by sharing the burden with all New Yorkers - not just working families and the poor. Before any critical programs and services are cut, our government must address the need for additional revenue.
First, the state legislature must pass Fair Share Tax Reform, which could result in $5 billion in new revenue.
